<br />REG:ek lID/14/66-7 <br /> <br />ORD.INANCE <br /> <br />N O. /J.I)J <br /> <br />ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $25,000 FROM APPROPRIATION FOR <br />ACQUISITION OF PARK LAND UNDER "OPEN SPACE" PROGRAM <br />AND APPROPRIATING $25,000 FROM APPROPRIATION FOR OFFSITE <br />ACCESS CONSTRUCTION AND LANDSCAPING ~.R MARINE WORLD <br />SITE, FOR THE PURPOSES SET FORTH IN RESOLUTION NO. 5163, <br />CONCERNING BELMONT SLOUGH IMPROVEMENTS <br /> <br />THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REm'mOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS <br /> <br />F OLLO~}S : <br /> <br />SECTION 1. The sum of twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) <br /> <br />is hereby appropriated from funds heretofore appropriated from <br /> <br />the Sales Tax Capital Outlay Fund for the acquisition of park <br /> <br />land (to be used as matching funds under the "open space" program) <br /> <br />and the sum of twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) is hereby <br /> <br />appropriated from funds heretofore appropriated from the Sales <br /> <br />Tax Capital Outlay Fund for offsite access construction and <br /> <br />landscaping near Marine.lorld site; and said sums are hereby <br /> <br />appropriated to provide for the purposes set forth in paragraph 2 <br /> <br />of Resolution No. 5136, adopted o~tober 5, 1966, relating to <br /> <br />providing park, recreation and open space in the vicinity of <br /> <br />Belmont Slough. Said sums shall be for expenditure during the <br /> <br />fiscal year July 1, 1966-June 30, 1967, and shall be in addition <br /> <br />to all sums appropriated for such purposes during the fiscal <br /> <br />year July 1, 1966-June 30, 1967. <br /> <br />SECTION 2.
