<br />DES:yc:ll/4/66-7 <br /> <br />ORDl.NANCE <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />I~al <br /> <br />ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AMENDMENT TO THE CONTRACT BETWEEN <br />THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AND THE BOARD <br />OF ADMINISTRATION OF THE CALIFORNIA STATE EMPLOYEES' <br />RETIREMENT SYSTEM RELATING TO CERTAIN INCREASED <br />RETIREMENT ALLOWANCES <br /> <br />" <br /> <br />THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. That certain amendment to the contract between <br /> <br />the Council of the City of Redwood City and the Board of Adminis- <br /> <br />tration, California state Employees' Retirement System, providing <br /> <br />for certain increased retirement allowances, a copy of which is <br /> <br />on file in the office of the City Clerk of the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City, and for which notice of intention to approve said amendment <br /> <br />was given by Resolution No. 5177, adopted October 24, 1966, is <br /> <br />hereby authorized. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. The Mayor of the City of Redwood City is hereby <br /> <br />authorized, empowered, and directed to execute said amendment on <br /> <br />behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />SECTION 3.
