<br />REG:yc:9/19/66-7 <br /> <br />-:f-i ,/ <br /> <br />ORD.!NANCE <br /> <br />N o. <br /> <br />/d-7t/ <br /> <br />ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 801 OF ORDINANCE NO. 1128, <br />THE REDWOOD CITY GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT ORDINANCE, <br />RELATING TO ISSUANCE OF BONDS FOR PURPOSES GRANTED TO <br />DISTRICT PURSUANT TO PROCEEDINGS TAKEN AFTER FORMATION <br /> <br />THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. section 801 of Ordinance No. 1128, the Redwood <br /> <br />City General Improvement District Ordinance, adopted March 9, 1964, <br /> <br />as said ordinance has been heretofore amended, is hereby amended <br /> <br />to read as follows: <br /> <br />"Section 801. Bonds. A district may issue general <br />obligation bonds for any or all of the purposes for which <br /> <br />it is formed or which are granted to the district by pro- <br /> <br />ceedings taken after formation." <br /> <br />SECTION 2.
