'1~ <br /> <br />ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $5,400.00 FROM <br />THE CONTINGENT RESERVE OF THE SALES TAX CAPITAL <br />OUTLAY FUND TO PROVIDE FOR CONSTRUCTION OF CERTAIN <br />STREET IMPROVEMENTS IN LEXINGTON AVENUE <br /> <br />THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. The sum of five thousand four hundred dollars <br /> <br />($5,400) is hereby appropriated from the contingent reserve of <br /> <br />the Sales Tax Capital Outlay Fund to provide funds for the <br /> <br />construction of certain street improvements in Lexington Avenue <br /> <br />not directly assessable to private property within that certain <br /> <br />proposed Lexington Avenue Improvement District. Said sum shall <br /> <br />be for expenditure during the fiscal year July 1, 1966-June 30, <br />1967, and shall be in addition to all sums appropriated for <br /> <br />such purpose during said fiscal year. <br /> <br />SECTION 2.
