<br />4'\1:. u . .....:J\. <br /> <br />'J'>. ,-- '"'l' , <br />t,(}j'( <br /> <br />.QRD1.NANCE <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />1~7/ <br /> <br />l\N ORDINANCE OF TI-2 CITY OF REDvJCO:J CI7Y <br />APPROVING T}lli ANNE~~.TION TO T}~ CITY OF <br />REm'WOD CITY OF CERTAIN 'w:UN?ABITED' <br />TERRITORY DESIGNP.'I'SD II <br />Cfu~YON ROAD ANNEXATION NO.1 <br /> <br />II <br /> <br />AND HEREIN DESCRI~ED, AND BEREIN AKNBXING <br />SAID TERRITORY TO SAID CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY <br /> <br />T~3 COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on the <br /> <br />8th <br /> <br />day of <br /> <br />Auqust <br /> <br />, 19 66 , <br /> <br />the Council of the City of Redwood City adopted Resolution <br /> <br />No. 5119 giving notice of, and declaring its intention to, <br /> <br />initiate upon its own motion proceedings to annex to the <br /> <br />City of Redwood City all of the territory designated as <br /> <br />C~~ON ROAD ~~EXATION NO. 1 <br /> <br />"i and <br /> <br />II <br /> <br />T;IF2REAS, this Council has received evidence showing, a;::d <br /> <br />finds, ~hat the proposal to annex said territory, with descrip- <br /> <br />tion, was filed with the Local Agency Formation Commission of <br /> <br />the Co~nty of San Mateo, California, and that said commission <br /> <br />:'1as prepared or caused to be p:cepared a, report on said annexa- <br /> <br />ticn, and that said co~~ission has approved the annexation <br /> <br />and its boundaries as required by law; and <br /> <br />W?~~EAS, this Council has further received evidence snow~ng, <br /> <br />and has found, and again finds: <br /> <br />(1) That said territory is situate immediately adjacent to <br />
