<br />REG.ek 9/8/66-7 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE <br /> <br />N o. 1~'9 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $.10,000 FROM <br />DEPRECIATION ACCOUNT OF MARINA REVENUE FUND AND <br />APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $6,934 FROM UNAPPROPRIATED <br />BALANCE OF SALES TAX CAPITAL OUTLAY FUND FOR PURPOSE <br />OF CONSTRUCTION OF HARBORMASTER QUARTERS; AND, <br />AMENDING SECTION 2.37 OF CODE OF CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY RELATING TO MARINA CONSTRUCTION FUND <br /> <br />THE COUNCIL OF RED1\TOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. The sum of ten thousand dollars ($10,000) is <br /> <br />hereby appropriated from the balance of the depreciation account <br /> <br />of the Marina Revenue Fund for the purpose of providing funds <br /> <br />for the construction of harbormaster quarters at the Redwood City <br /> <br />Marine Harbor. said sum shall be for expenditure during the <br /> <br />fiscal year July 1, 1966-June 30, 1967, and shall be in addition <br /> <br />to all sums appropriated for such purpose during the fiscal year <br /> <br />July 1, 1966-June 30, 1967. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. The sum of six thousand nine hundred thirty-four <br />dollars ($6,934) is hereby appropriated from the unappropriated <br /> <br />balance of the Sales Tax Capital Outlay Fund for the purpose of <br /> <br />providing funds for the construction of harbormaster quarters at <br /> <br />the Redwood City Marine Harbor. Said sum shall be for expenditure <br /> <br />during the fiscal year July 1, 1966-June 30, 1967, and shall be <br /> <br />in addition to all sums appropriated for such purpose during the <br /> <br />fiscal year July 1, 1966-June 30, 1967. <br /> <br />SECTION 3. Section 2.37 of the Code of the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />"SECTION 2.37. A special fund designated Marina <br />Construction Fund is hereby created. All moneys received <br />by the City from the State for the construction and <br />development of a small craft harbor pursuant to chapter 2, <br />division 5.7 of the Public Resources Code, shall be <br />deposited in the Marina Construction Fund and shall be <br />expended solely for the construction of a small craft <br />harbor facility in accordance with such plans and <br />specifications as have been approved by the Division <br />of Small Craft Harbors and the City Council, subject <br />to the terms and conditions of such loan agreements as <br />may be entered into between the Division and the City." <br /> <br />SECTION 4. <br /> <br />This ordinance shall be effective 30 days after <br /> <br />its adoption. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
