REG:ek 8/19/66-7 ORQ1,NANCE 1'1 o. 1~'1 ORDINANCE AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1966-1967 RELATIVE TO ANTICIPATED REVENUE FROM THE COUNTY OF SAN MATEO, THE FINANCING OF IMPROVEMENTS FOR EXTENSION OF FARM HILL BOULEVARD AND GENERAL STREET MAINTENANCE THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. It is hereby acknowledged that the annual contri- bution of twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) from the County of San Mateo to the City of Redwood City arising from the County's commitment to participate in the Five Points overcrossing construction may be reduced to ten thousand two hundred sixty-one dollars ($10,261) for the 1966-1967 fiscal year in consideration of the expenditure by the County of substantial funds for the relocation of roadway in the vicinity of the County Airport and the 1966-1967 budget is hereby amended to reduce the anticipated revenue receivable from County grants from twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) to ten thousand two hundred sixty-one dollars ($10,261) (Budget Exhibit IV, page 7). SECTION 2. (a) The funds heretofore appropriated by the 1966- 1967 budget from the Special Gas Tax street Improvement Fund (section 2107 funds) for the Farm Hill Boulevard Extension, are hereby reduced by the sum of ten thousand two hundred sixty-one dollars ($10,261). (b) The sum of ten thousand two hundred Sixty-one ($10,261) is hereby appropriated from the budgeted reserve of the general fund for the Farm Hill Boulevard Extension, said sum to be in addition to all other sums appropriated for such work in the 1966-1967 budget. SECTION 3. (a) The funds heretofore appropriated by the 1966- 1967 budget from the general fund for the improvement and maintenance of streets and storm drains (Account No. 630) is hereby reduced by the sum of twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000). (b) The sum of twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) is hereby appropriated from the Special Gas Tax Street Improvement Fund (Section 2107 funds) for the improvement and maintenance of streets and storm drains (Account No. 630).
