<br />REG. ek <br />WHK.lm. 7/26/66 <br /> <br />" <br /> <br />I <br />I' I <br /> <br />ORD.!1iANCE <br /> <br />N o. ~~'/~, I <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />APPROVING THE ANNEXATION TO THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY OF CERTAIN UNINHABITED <br />TERRITORY DESIGNATED " TOYON <br />ANNEXATION <br />AND HEREIN DESCRIBED, AND HEREIN ANNEXING <br />SAID TERRITORY TO SAID CITY OF REDWOOD ," <br />CITY <br /> <br />" <br /> <br />THE COUNCIL'OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on the <br /> <br />20th day of <br /> <br />June <br /> <br />, 19~, <br /> <br />the Council of the City of Redwood City adopted Resolution <br /> <br />NO. 5070 giving notice of, and declaring its intention to, <br /> <br />initiate upon its own motion proceedings to annex to the <br /> <br />City of Redwood City all of the territory designated as <br /> <br />" TOYON ANNEXATION <br /> <br />"; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council has received evidence showing, and <br /> <br />. I <br />finds, that the proposal to annex said territory, with descrip- <br /> <br />tion, was filed with the Local Agency Formation Commission of <br /> <br />the County of San Mateo, California, and that said commission <br /> <br />has prepared or caused to be prepared a report on said annexa- <br /> <br />tion, and that said commission has approved the annexation <br /> <br />and its boundaries as required by law; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council has further received evidence showing, <br /> <br />and has found, and again finds: <br /> <br />(1) That said territory is situate immediately adjacent to <br />
