EXHIBIT "A" SCOPE OF SERVICES Circa: Historic Property Development One Sutter Street, Suite #910 San Francisco, CA 94104 415 362 7711... ...415.391.9647 fax sheila _ circa@excite.com October 31, 2006 RELOCATION IMPACT ASSESSMENT The City of Redwood City proposes to relocate the Solari Tank House to the Union Cemetery Historic Site (on the National Register of Historic Places), and restore the tank house according to the Secretary of the Interior Standards for Restoration (SISR). These actions require an Impact Assessment because the Tank Hose will be restored and will be relocated adjacent to a resource. A brief report will be developed to discuss consistency with the Standards, retention of integrity and potential impacts. One (I) public meeting is included in the Scope. This scope of work has been developed for the City of Redwood City regarding the Solari Tank House and the Union Cemetery, Redwood City, California. SCOPE OF SERVICES Site visit Research and review of existing materials, including archeological search at CHRIS Review of proposed restoration and relocation for consistency with SISR Development of brief report Research and review of existing materials Estimated Time Fee Total I hour @ $120 $ 120. 3 hours @ $ 85 = $ 255. 2 hours @ $ 85 = $ 170. 6 hours @ $ 85 = $ 510. I hour @ $ 50 = $ 50. Estimated Total Fees $ 1,105.00 Tasks Site visit and photography Review of proposed restoration and relocation Development of brief report Clerical FEES AND BILLING Additional services, including public meetings, will be billed at the hourly rate.
