These actions require an Impact Assessment because the Tank Hose will be <br />restored and will be relocated adjacent to a resource. A brief report will be developed to discuss consistency <br />with the Standards, retention of integrity and potential impacts. One (I) public meeting is included in the <br />Scope. This scope of work has been developed for the City of Redwood City regarding the Solari Tank House <br />and the Union Cemetery, Redwood City, California. <br /> <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />Site visit <br />Research and review of existing materials, including archeological search at CHRIS <br />Review of proposed restoration and relocation for consistency with SISR <br />Development of brief report <br /> <br />Research and review of existing materials <br /> <br />Estimated Time Fee Total <br />I hour @ $120 $ 120. <br />3 hours @ $ 85 = $ 255. <br />2 hours @ $ 85 = $ 170. <br />6 hours @ $ 85 = $ 510. <br />I hour @ $ 50 = $ 50. <br />Estimated Total Fees $ 1,105.00 <br /> <br />Tasks <br />Site visit and photography <br /> <br />Review of proposed restoration and relocation <br /> <br />Development of brief report <br /> <br />Clerical <br /> <br />FEES AND BILLING <br />Additional services, including public meetings, will be billed at the hourly rate.
