Travel time is billed at the same rate as the applicable Service Classification. <br />3. All fees are payable in fuN within 15 days from submittal of a bill unless other arrangements are <br />made in writing. A 1.5% (or the legal rate) per month charms will lye added to all depnquent <br />accounts. <br />4.
