When any bond is registered <br />as to principal only or as to both principal and interest, or <br />when any bond is deregistered or reregistered, the Treasurer <br />shall make a notation to that effect in said book. <br />There shall be provided on the back of any bond <br />which is registrable a suitable blank showing the name and <br />address of the registered owner, the date of registration, de- <br />registration, reregistration or other transfer, the type of <br />registration and the signature of the Treasurer.1I <br /> <br />6 <br />
