<br />SECTION 44. Employees of the Police Department who are <br />required to operate motorcycles shal1 receive additional com- <br />pensation in the amount of twentY-five dollars ($25.00) per <br />month during each month they perform motorcycle duty. <br /> <br />SECTION 45. Employees appointed to positions in the <br />following classifications shall receive a monthly salary within <br /> <br />the range as established in this section: <br /> <br />Swimming Pool Manager <br /> <br />Range $437-$464-$505 per month <br /> <br />SECTION 46. Employees appointed to positions in the <br />following classifications shall receive hourly compensation <br /> <br />within the hourly pay ranges established by this section: <br />, <br /> <br />a. Engineering Construction <br /> Inspectors $3.95-$4.05-$4.25 per hour <br />b. School Crossing Guards $2.00 per hour <br />c. Lifeguard $1.85-$2.10-$2.40 per hour <br />d. Recreation Aid I $1.25-$1.50-$1.75 per hour <br />e. Recreation Aid II $1.75-$2.00-$2.25 per hour <br />f. Recreation Aid III $2.50-$2.75-$3.00-$3.25 <br /> per hour <br />g. Library Page $1.35-$1.60-$1.85 per hour <br />h. Park Aide $1.55-$1.80-$2.05 per hour <br /> <br />SECTION 4~ Article V, commencing at Section 23.70, is <br /> <br />hereby added to the code of the City of Redwood City, to read <br /> <br />as follows: <br /> <br />IIARTICLE V. SALARY AND WAGE PLAN. <br /> <br />SECTION 23.70. The City Council shall, by ordinance. <br />adopt a salary and wage plan for all permanent employees <br />of the City.
