I :J..:J,g <br /> <br />ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 31.5 AND 34 OF <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1147, THE SALARY ORDINANCE OF THE <br />CITY OF RED/WOD CITY, PERTAINING TO S1-\.Lp"RY R1\NGE <br />FOR POSITION OF DEPUTY CITY l,TTORNEY <br /> <br />THE COUNCIL OF REm'.lOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOVVS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. Section 31.5 of Ordinance No. 1147, entitled <br /> <br />"An Ordinance Establishing Salaries for Employees of the City <br /> <br />of Redwood City; and, Repealing Ordinance No. 1104,tl adopted <br /> <br />June 27, 1964, is amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />"SECTION 31.5. Employees appointed to positions <br /> <br />in the following classifications shall receive a monthly <br /> <br />salary within salary range 48 as established by section 1: <br /> <br />Deputy City Attorney <br />Maintenance superintendent <br />Par1< superintendent tI <br /> <br />SECTION 2. section 34 of the abovementioned ordinance <br /> <br />is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />"SECTION 34. Employees appointed to positions <br /> <br />in the following classifications shall receive a monthly <br /> <br />salary within salary range 51 as established by section 1: <br /> <br />Recreation Director <br />Water superintendent <br /> <br />II <br /> <br />SECTION 3.
