<br />REG.ek 10/21/65-7 <br /> <br />ORD1.NANCE <br /> <br />NO.~ <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 38.12 OF THE CODE <br />OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY RELATIVE TO -WATER <br />SERVICE IN OTHER CITIES <br /> <br />THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. Section 38.12 of the Code of the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />"SECTION 38.12. Every application for a connection <br /> <br />for water service to serve property located outside of <br /> <br />the City of Redwood City shall, in addition to all other <br /> <br />fees, be accompanied by a fee in the amount of Five <br /> <br />Hundred Dollars, which fee shall be refundable to the <br /> <br />person making the payment, on application therefor, <br /> <br />if the property for which the connection is applied <br /> <br />for is annexed to the City within two years after the <br /> <br />installation of the water service connection. The fee <br /> <br />required by this section shall not be applicable to <br /> <br />connections serving property located in incorporated <br /> <br />territory of another city." <br /> <br />SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be effective 30 days <br /> <br />after its adoption. <br /> <br />* * * <br />
