<br />REG.ek 10/18/65-7 <br /> <br />r,' ry.rk <br />~ t.r;)~,..;J! <br /> <br />ORD1.NANCE <br /> <br />N o. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $128,000 FROM THE UNAPPROPRLATED <br />BALANCE OF SPECIAL GAS TAX STREET IMPROVEMENT FUND FOR <br />PURPOSE OF ACQUIRING RIGHTS OF WAY FOR ltEALIGNMENT OF <br />WHIPPLE AVENUE AND IMPROVEMENT OF WHIPPLE AVENUE AND <br />EL CAMINO REAL INTERSECTION <br /> <br />THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. The sum of One Hundred Twenty-Eight Thousand <br /> <br />Dollars ($128,000) is hereby appropriated from the unappropriated <br /> <br />balance of the special Gas Tax Street Improvement Fund (heretofore <br /> <br />shown as available for street work pursuant to agreement with the <br /> <br />state of California), for the purpose of acquiring rights of way <br /> <br />for the realignment of Whipple Avenue and the improvement of the <br /> <br />~ihipple Avenue and El Camino Real Intersection. Said sum shall <br /> <br />be for expenditure during the fiscal year July 1, 1965-June 30, <br /> <br />1966, and shall be in addition to all sums appropriated for such <br /> <br />purposes during the fiscal year July 1, 1965-June 30, 1966. <br /> <br />SECTION 2.
