<br />REG:lr:8/20/65-7 <br /> <br />o R DIN A N C E <br />--------- <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />1214: <br /> <br />ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR RETROACTIVE ESTABLIsm~NT <br />OF POSITION OF FIRE ALARM SUPERVISOR AND PROVIDING <br />FOR A RETROACTIVE APPOINTMENT THERETO. <br /> <br />~1HEREAS, by Resolution No. 4653, adopted April 26, 1965, the <br /> <br />position of Fire Alarm Supervisor was established; ana <br /> <br />WHEREAS, by Ordinance No. 1193 effective June 3, 1965, a salary <br /> <br />for said position was established in Salary Range 40; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Manager has recommended that the employee <br /> <br />subsequently appointed to the position of Fire Alarm Supervisor, <br /> <br />from the position of Fire Alarm Technician, receive the additional <br /> <br />compensation payable to the position of Fire Alarm Supervisor <br /> <br />retroactive to January 1, 1965; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, <br /> <br />THE COUNCIL OF RED',lOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLONS: <br /> <br />1. The establishment of the position of Fire Alarm Supervisor <br /> <br />in Salary Range 40 is hereby made retroactive to January 1, 1965i <br /> <br />2.
