ARTICLE VIII - TERMINATION OF AGREE~MENT <br /> <br /> 1. This Agreement and any PROGRAM SUPPLEMENT(s) executed under this <br />AGREF, MENT shall terminate upon 60 days' prior written notice by STATE. <br /> <br /> 2. Each separate PROGRAM SUPPLEMENT shall separately establish the term and funding <br />limits for each described PROJECT funded under this Federal-aid program.
