<br />REG:yc:8/2/65-7 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE <br /> <br />1205 <br />N 6. . <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $100,000 FROM THE <br />GENERAL MUNICIPAL BUILDING RESERVE ACCOUNT IN <br />THE SALES TAX CAPITAL OUTlAY FUND AND $114,000 <br />FROM THE CORPORATION YARD FACILITIES ACCOUNT <br />IN THE SALES TAX CAPITAL OUTlAY FUND FOR THE <br />PURPOSE OF ACQUIRING lAND FOR THE ENlARGEMENT <br />OF THE CORPORATION YARD AND FOR THE PURPOSE OF <br />CONSTRUCTING FACILITIES AT THE CORPORATION YARD <br /> <br />THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. The sum of $100,000 is hereby appropriated from <br /> <br />the General Municipal Building Reserve Account in the Sales Tax <br /> <br />Capital Oqtlay Fund and the sum of $114,000 is hereby appropriated <br /> <br />from the Corporation Yard Facilities Account in the Sales Tax <br /> <br />Capital Outlay Fund for the purpose of acquiring land for the <br /> <br />enlargement of the corporation yard and for the purpose of <br /> <br />constructing facilities at the corporation yard. Said sums shall <br /> <br />be for expenditure during the fiscal year July 1, 1965 - June 30, <br /> <br />1966. <br /> <br />SECTION 2.
