<br />illiG: yc: 6/25/65-7 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE <br />--------- <br /> <br />NO'. <br /> <br />1200 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AivlENDING SECTION 3.146 OF THE CODE <br />OF THE CITY OF I-lliDWOOD CITY, RELATING TO THE <br />?~LOCATION OF NON-CONFO]{MING SIGNS <br /> <br />THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. Section 3.146 of the Code of the Ci'::y of Redwood <br /> <br />City is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />"Section 3.146 <br /> <br />Nonconforming signs may be maintained, <br /> <br />repaired and repainted without permit or fee during the <br /> <br />periods specified in section 3.145, but no structural change <br /> <br />shall be n~de nor shall any increase in area be permitted. <br /> <br />"Any nonconforming sign which is required to be re- <br /> <br />located by reason of the acquisition by the City or another <br /> <br />public agency of a portion of the parcel upon which the <br /> <br />sign is located may be relocated, subject to securing a <br /> <br />permit for such work and subject to the further condi-tion <br /> <br />that such ac.tion shall not opera'ce to extend the time for <br /> <br />removal or alteration of the sign which would otherwise be <br /> <br />applicable to such sign under this article." <br /> <br />SECTION 2.
