GARDELLA <br />AS CITY ATTORNEY; AND, AMENDING SECTION 40 OF ORDINANCE <br />NO. 1147, THE SALARY ORDINANCE <br /> <br />THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOVvS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. The appointment of Richard E. Gardella as <br /> <br />City Attorney, effective August 1, 1965, is hereby confirmed. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. Section 40 of Ordinance No. 1147, entitled <br /> <br />"An Ordinance Establishing Salaries for Employees of the City <br /> <br />of Redwood City; and, Repealing Ordinance No. 1104,u adopted <br /> <br />June 27, 1964, is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />"SECTION 40. The City Attorney shall receive an <br />annual salary of fifteen thousand five hundred <br />dollars ($15,500)." <br /> <br />SECTION 3.
