Employees appointed to positions in the <br />following classifications shall receive a monthly salary <br />within salary range 49 as established by Section 1: <br /> <br />Assistant Fire Chief <br />Building Inspector <br />Deputy Police Chief " <br /> <br />SECTION 2. Section 5.5 is hereby added to the abovementioned <br /> <br />Ordinance No. 1147, to read as follows: <br /> <br />"SECTION 5.5. Employees appointed to positions in the <br />following classifications shall receive a monthly salary <br />within salary range 20 as established by Section 1: <br /> <br />Switchboard operator <br /> <br />" <br /> <br />SECTION 3. Section 24.5 is hereby added to the abovementioned <br /> <br />Ordinance No. 1147, to read as follows: <br /> <br />"SECTION 24.5. Employees appointed to positions in the <br />following classifications shall receive a monthly salary <br />within salary range 40 as established by Section 1: <br /> <br />Chief of Party <br /> <br />" <br /> <br />SECTION 4.
