<br />REG:yc:12/17/64-7 <br /> <br />ORD1.NANCE <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $ 51,183 FROM THE UNBUDGETED <br />UNAPPROPRIATED BALANCE OF THE GENERAL FUND, AND $ 3,817 <br />FROM THE BUDGETED RESERVES OF THE GENERAL FUND (ACCOUNT <br />50-489), TO PROVIDE FOR CITY'S OBLIGATIONS TO REIMBURSE <br />KAISER FOUNDATION HOSPITALS FOR CERTAIN STREET AND <br />UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS <br /> <br />THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. The sum of Fifty-one Thousand One Hundred Eighty- <br />three Dollars ($51,183.00) is hereby appropriated from the unbud- <br /> <br />geted unappropriated balance of the General Fund, and the sum <br /> <br />of Three Thousand Eight Hundred Seventeen Dollars ($3,817.00) is <br /> <br />hereby appropriated from the budgeted reserves of the General <br /> <br />Fund (Account 50-489), to provide for City's obligations to <br /> <br />reimburse Kaiser Foundation Hospitals for certain street and <br /> <br />utility improvements that it is contemplated to be constructed <br /> <br />from funds deposited by Kaiser Foundation Hospitals pursuant to <br /> <br />an improvement agreement. Said sums shall be for expenditure <br /> <br />during the fiscal year July 1, 1964 - June 30, 1965, and shall <br /> <br />be in addition to all sums appropriated for such purpose during <br /> <br />the fiscal year July 1, 1964 - June 30, 1965. <br />SECTION 2.
