<br />"section 30.l04 The Subdivision Corrunittee may estab- <br />lish reasonable conditions in connection with the approval <br />of any subdivision of four or less lots, including the <br />requirement that the subdivider comply with any of the <br />provisions of Article V hereof which the Committee finds <br />appropriate. <br />"section 30.105 The Corrunittee may require the filing <br />of a record of survey map pursuant to the provisions of <br />Chapter 15 (corrunencing with ~8700) of Division 3 of the <br />Business and Professions Code delineating the boundaries of <br />all the lots proposed to be created as a condition to the <br />approval of any tentative map for a subdivision of four <br />or less lots. <br />"Section 30.106 Approval of a tentative map of a <br />subdivision of four or less lots by the Corrunittee shall <br />be deemed to be the final approval and no final map need <br />be submitted, provided that the subdivision Corrunittee or <br />Planning Commission may require that all the provisions <br />of this chapter relating to subdivisions of five or more <br />lots be complied with in the event it is determined that <br />the intent is ultimately to subdivide into five or more <br />lots. <br />"Section 30.107 Appeal to the Planning Commission <br />may be made from any action of the Subdivision Committee <br />by filing written notice thereof with the Planning Depart- <br />ment within ten days after the action of the Committee. <br />Such notice shall set forth the action being appealed from <br />and the grounds upon which the appellant bases his appeal. <br />The Commission shall consider the appeal within 30 days <br />after its filing. <br /> <br />-3- <br />
