NAN C E N O. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 3.127 OF THE CODE OF THE <br />CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, RELATING TO INTERIOR SIGNS <br /> <br />.t: \ , .. <br /> <br />THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. Section 3.127 of the Code of the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />IISection 3.127 <br /> <br />Interior signs shall be permitted in <br /> <br />addition to all other signs permitted by this article without <br /> <br />permit and without complying with the provisions of subdiv- <br />ision II of Division 3 if they comply with all the following <br /> <br />provisions: <br /> <br />II (a) Not more than 50 per cent of the area of any <br />window shall be obstructed by interior signs. <br />In the IP and IR zoning districts, not more <br />than 20 per cent of any window shall be <br />obstructed by interior signs. <br /> <br />II (b) No interior sign shall be permitted in the <br />zoning districts mentioned in Section 3.121. <br /> <br />.. (c) Interior signs shall not be maintained for a <br />period in excess of 60 days, and in no event <br />shall such signs be maintained more than ten <br />days after the happening of the event adver- <br />tised thereon.
