ORAL COMMUNICATIONS AND CONSENT CALENDAR - CITY <br />COUNCIL /REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br />Janet Borgens shared her excitement with the downtown growth but mentioned that <br />one specific restaurant is encroaching onto the street with propane heaters. <br />M/S Foust/Aguirre to waive reading of the Consent Calendar except the ordinances by <br />title, adopt the resolutions and the ordinances, and approve other items.
