<br />EXHIBIT "An <br /> <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE <br /> <br />The following Scope of Goods/Services are to be provided to City by Contractor under this <br />Agreement <br /> <br />The Contractor's proposal entitled "Sequoia Hospital Campus/Precise Plan Environmental <br />Impact Report (EIR) - Contract Amendment for Project Changes - Revised September 5, <br />2006" dated September 5, 2006 ("Proposal") and all attachments referenced in the <br />Proposal are attached to this Exhibit A and are incorporated by this reference.
