<br />REPORT <br /> <br />6.1A <br />Page 1 <br /> <br />To the Honorabfe Mayor and City Councif <br />From the Cit~ Manager <br /> <br />November 20,2006 <br /> <br />Subject <br />Approval and Authorization to Execute Change Order for Agreement between San Mateo <br />County Human Services Agency and the City of Redwood City for Information and Referral <br />Services provided at the Fair Oaks Community Center for FY 06~07. <br /> <br />Recommendation <br />Approve and authorize City Manager to sign the agreement. <br /> <br />Background <br />The original agreement for FY 06-07 (#71000-07-C118) between San Mateo County <br />Human Services Agency and the City of Redwood City for Information and Referral <br />Services to be provided at the Fair Oaks Community Center was approved by Council on <br />August 28,2006 in the amount of $69,100. <br /> <br />On June 26, 2006, the San Mateo County Board of Supervisors approved an increase of <br />$5,096 for Information and Referral Services to be provided at the Fair Oaks Community <br />Center, but this increase was not included in the original agreement.
