The sum of five thousand dollars ($5,000) is <br /> <br />hereby appropriated from the unappropriated balance of the Sales <br /> <br />Tax Capil::al Outlay Fund to provide funds for the construction of <br /> <br />an oversize storm drain at Madrone street between the Carlos- <br /> <br />Northumberland Improvement District and ','Joodside Road. Said <br /> <br />sum shall be for expenditure during the fiscal year July I, 1964- <br /> <br />June 30, 1965, and shall be in addition to all sums appropriated <br /> <br />for such purpose during the fiscal year July l, 1964-June 30, 1965. <br /> <br />SECT~O~.
