NAN C E N O. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE ADDING SECTION 3.125.1 TO THE CODE OF THE <br />CITY OF REDWOOD CITY RELATING TO SIGN REGULATIONS IN <br />THE DOWNTOWN IS ZONING DISTRICT <br /> <br />to . 'J <br />~. t;/~J <br /> <br />THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. Section 3.l25.l is hereby added to the Code of <br /> <br />the City of Redwood City to read as follows: <br /> <br />"Section 3.125.1 <br /> <br />In that certain area lying northerly <br /> <br />of El Camino Real, easterly of Brewster Avenue and southerly <br /> <br />of Veterans Boulevard which was zoned to an IS District by <br /> <br />the adoption of Ordinance No. ll30, the provisions and <br /> <br />regulations of this Subdivision III (conunencing;;,at ~3.l2l) <br />shall be applicable to the same extent as if said IS zoned <br /> <br />area were zoned as shown on that certain map entitled <br /> <br />"Proposed Zoning,lI prepared by the planning finn of Livingston <br /> <br />and Blaney, presently on file in the office of the City Clerk, <br /> <br />and incorporated herein by reference to the same extent as <br /> <br />if set out in full herein. <br /> <br />"At such time as the above described area, or any portion <br /> <br />thereof, is rezoned to a pennanent district zone classification <br /> <br />the preceding provision shall no longer be applicable to <br /> <br />the rezoned property." <br /> <br />SECTION 2.
