(f) Five Thousand, Three Hundred Seventy Two Dollars ($5,372.00) for payment of principal of and interest on Municipal Improvement Bonds of 1951, Series "A", of said City falling due and becoming payable during said fiscal year, and for deposit in the Series 1951-A Redemption Fund of said City, and the special tax rate therefor, is hereby levied and fixed at $0.0060 on each One Hundred Dollars of the assessed value of all taxable property within the territorial limits of the City of Redwood City as said limits existed on the first Monday of March, 1963, excepting and excluding all property situated within the limits of the following annexed territories: Leslie Annexation No.1, annexed to said City by Ordinance No. 939 on August 14, 1959; Leslie Annexation No.2, annexed to said City by Ordinance No. 940 on August 14, 1959; and Leslie Annexation No.3, annexed to said City by Ordinance No. 94l on August l4, 1959.
