<br />jurisdiction to be invalid, such decision shall not affect the <br />validity of the remaining portions of this ordinance, and the <br />City Council hereby declares that it would have adopted said <br />ordinance and each section, sentence, clause and phrase thereof, <br />irrespective of the fact that anyone or more section, sentence, <br />clause or phrase be declared invalid. <br />SECTION 9. The City clerk is hereby directed to transmit <br />certified copies of this ordinance to the Auditor of the County <br />of San Mateo in accordance with Section 5l55l of the Government <br />Code and to such other County officials as may find it convenient <br />or necessary to utilize this ordinance. <br />SECTION 10.
