'" -,'., <br />l, ,,~'S_, <br /> <br />ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING AND TRANSFERRING $21,500 <br />FROM BUDGETED RESERVE OF GENERAL FUND TO SEWER <br />CONNECTION FEE FUND <br /> <br />THE COUNCIL OF RE~lOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. The sum of twenty-one thousand five hundred <br />dollars ($21,500) is hereby appropriated and ordered transferred <br /> <br />from the budgeted reserve of the General Fund to the Sewer Con- <br /> <br />nection Fee Fund for the purpose of contributing to the cost of <br /> <br />sanitary sewers in the Shepard Way Special Assessment project. <br />SECTION 2. All of the funds transferred from the budgeted <br /> <br />reserve of the General Fund pursuant to Section 1 hereof, shall <br /> <br />constitute a loan to the Sewer Connection Fee Fund and shall be <br /> <br />repaid to the budgeted reserve of the General Fund from the <br /> <br />first available revenues of the Sewer Connection Fee Fund after <br /> <br />all amounts required during the current fiscal year for sewer <br /> <br />bond interest and redemption have been provided for. <br /> <br />SECTION 3.
