The sum of eighteen thousand dollars ($lS,OOO) <br /> <br />is hereby appropriated from the unappropriated balance of the <br /> <br />Sales Tax Capital Outlay Fund to provide funds for the construction <br /> <br />of storm drains in Jefferson Avenue, Unit No.4.
