<br />(6) That none of the territory within the boundaries of the <br />territory proposed to be annexed is owned by a junior college dis- <br />trict; and <br />WHEREAS, this Council duly met and convened at said time and <br />place for the purpose of hearing and passing upon all protests to <br />said proposed annexation, and also at the tirne(s) and place(s) to <br />which such hearing was continued, and did at the hearing in open <br />public session ask for protests, if any, to the proposed annexation <br />and gave all persons full opportunity to protest said annexation <br />and received eyidence relevant to such annexation; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council at the time of said hearing found and <br />determined that protests to the proposed annexation of the here- <br />inafter described territory to the City of Redwood City had not <br />been made by owners of one-half of the value of said territory as <br />shown by the last equalized assessment roll of the County of San <br />Mateo, California, nor by public owners equal to one-half of the <br />value of public property within said territory as said value has <br />been determined by said Council; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the Council of the City of Redwood City does <br />hereby approve the annexation to the City of Redwood City of all <br />the territory designated as " Oak Knoll Annexation No.1 <br />and hereinafter described, and does also hereby ordain that said <br />territory be and is hereby annexed to the City of Redwood City. <br />The above mentioned territory which is designated as ..
