<br />"Section 29.95 In any case where the City Engineer <br />estimates that the cost of the improvement work will exceed <br />Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000.00), or a dangerous or hazardous <br />condition will be created by the doing of the work, whether <br />to persons or to property, including the anticipated flooding <br />of property, the City Engineer may require that the appli- <br />cant enter into an improvement agreement with the City on <br />such terms and conditions as may be approved by the City <br />Council. II <br />SECTION 2. The provisions of this ordinance shall not be <br />effective until such time as the City Engineer prepares, and the <br />City Council approves by resolution, minimum standards for the <br />improvement of public rights of way, which standards are also <br />required by Section 30.71 of the Redwood City Code and by the <br />Redwood City Zoning Ordinance. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />-3- <br />
