<br />Insurance <br />Bartle Wells Associates maintains insurance in the amounts and coverage as provided in the attached <br />schedule of insurance. Special insurance, licensing, or permit requirements beyond what is shown <br />on the schedule of insurance are billed in addition to the contract amount. <br /> <br />Payment <br />Fees will be billed monthly for the preceding month, and will be payable within 30 days of the <br />date of the invoice.
