Additional services required to this point are for <br />the most part associated with preparation of four drafts of the precise plan document rather two, <br />as originally budgeted. <br /> <br />Completing the project - i.e., attending the City Council hearing and preparing final precise <br />plan revisions - would require up to $3,000.
