(In Meg Ohms) <br /> <br />CI Check for any loose or faulty electrical connections within the pump control panel. <br /> <br />D Measure resistance between stator windings. (In Ohms) <br /> <br />D Check voltage supply between all phases of the electrical control panel. (V AC) <br /> <br />CI Check voltage balance between all phases on the load side. of the pump control with pump on. 01 AC) <br /> <br />CI Check amperage draws on all phases of the pump motor. (In Amps) <br /> <br />D Check condition and operation of motor thermal protectors control system (if so equipped). <br /> <br />CI Removal of Flygt pump from lift station for physical inspection. <br /> <br />CI Check condition of upper shaft seals (inspect condition of motor housing). <br /> <br />D Check condition and operation of leakage detector (if so equipped). <br /> <br />CI Check lower shaft seals (inspect condition of oil). <br /> <br />D Change oil if needed (cost of oil included). <br /> <br />CI Check for worn or loose impeller. <br /> <br />CI Check all impeller wear rings. (Note: Wear rings are not covered by warranty and must be purchased by <br />customer ifin need of replacement) <br /> <br />CI Check for noise upper and lower bearings. <br /> <br />D Check physically for damage of pump and power cable. <br /> <br />D Clean, reset, and check operation of level sensors. <br /> <br />D Check for correct shaft rotation. <br /> <br />D Reinstall Flygt pump and check for leakage at the discharge connection. <br /> <br />CI Test of pump operation cycle (if level of liquid in station permits). <br /> <br />D Check operating of valves and pipes in station. <br /> <br />F~ <br /> <br />T <br />
