".L' <br />\., i Iii ,~~ ~ \wi1. <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />11~70 <br /> <br />APR 1 6 "1880 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND <br />AUTHORIZING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS FOR THE REPAIR OF <br />FLOOD CONTROL DEVICE (BAYFRONT CANAL) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there have been presented to, and reviewed by, <br /> <br />this Council plans and specifications for the Bayfront Canal <br /> <br />Flapgates Repair, as prepared by Brian Kangas Foulk and <br /> <br />Associates, Civil Engineers; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to approve said plans and <br /> <br />specifications and to authorize the advertisement for bids for <br /> <br />furnishing said work and supplies in connection therewith; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />CALIFORNIA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Those certain contract documents entitled "Bayfront Canal <br /> <br />Flap Gates Repair 1990" (dated January, 1989) providing for the <br /> <br />repair and replacement of the flood control device located in the <br /> <br />Bayfront Canal, Redwood City, California, <br /> <br />a copy of which bid <br /> <br />documents are on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which <br /> <br />copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, <br /> <br />are hereby approved, and the City Clerk is hereby authorized and <br /> <br />directed to advertise for bids for furnishing said services and <br /> <br />supplies. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />11270 <br /> <br />...,.---~...-.-..- ..-----...-..---....,- <br />
