ATTACHMENT "1" <br /> <br /> CONDITIONS FOR THE VACATION OF IVlANZANITA AND HELLER STREETS <br /> SOUTHWEST OF MIDDLEFIELD ROAD <br /> <br />1. That a public service easement (Exhibit "B") shall be retained over a portion of the <br /> vacated area for the operation and maintenance of sewer lines and accessories, <br /> water lines and accessories, and for possible PG&E and Pacific Bell installations <br /> and other utilities. <br /> <br />2. That the existing 4" water line shall be replaced by and reconstructed with an 8" <br /> diameter water tine to the satisfaction of Engineering & Construction. <br /> <br />3. That the abandoned streets shall be removed and reconstructed to the satisfaction <br /> of Engineering and Construction. <br /> <br />4. That the adjacent properties shall be the owners of and shall maintain the storm <br /> drain system in the vacated area. <br /> <br />5. That plans for the above work shall be prepared to the satisfaction of Engineering <br /> and Construction, and Manzanita Associates shall enter into a construction <br /> agreement (the "Construction Agreement") for the work shown on the plans. <br /> Bonds, insurance, and deposits for plan checking and inspection shall be provided. <br /> ~'" Manzanita Associates. All costs associated with the work of improvements <br /> refered herein shall be borne by Manzanita Associates. <br /> <br />6.
