This Council hereby reserves a public service easement <br />within the real property proposed to be vacated which real <br />property is more particularly described and depicted on Exhibit <br />"B" hereof, attached hereto and by this reference incorporated <br />herein. <br /> <br /> 3. Subject to the provisions of paragraph 1 hereof, those <br />portions of Manzanita and Heller Streets more particularly <br />described in and depicted on Exhibit "A" hereof, (attached hereto <br />and incorporated herein by reference), are hereby vacated. <br /> <br /> 4.
