<br />CES:djm 103/22/90) (031/27) <br /> <br />Tree Maintenance Leader <br />Tree Maintenance Worker I <br />Tree Maintenance Worker II <br />Water Control Specialist <br /> <br />SECTION 2. <br /> <br />Employees granted part-time appointments to <br /> <br />positions in the employment classifications designated in Section <br /> <br />1 hereof shall be compensated on an hourly basis in accordance <br /> <br />with the salary rates set forth in said section for the periods <br /> <br />therein designated. <br /> <br />SECTION 3. <br /> <br />The formula for determining the pay increases <br /> <br />for the above-listed employment classifications for the period <br /> <br />commencing February 1, 1991, as set forth in Exhibit "B", <br /> <br />attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference, is <br /> <br />hereby approved. <br /> <br />SECTION 4. <br /> <br />The formula for determining the pay increases <br /> <br />for the above-listed employment classifications for the period <br /> <br />commencing February 1, 1992, as set forth in Exhibit "C", <br /> <br />attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference, is <br /> <br />hereby approved. <br /> <br />SECTION 5. <br /> <br />This resolution shall be effective upon its <br /> <br />adoption; provided, however, the salary rates set forth in <br /> <br />Exhibit A shall be operative retroactively to and including <br /> <br />February 1, 1990, the formula for determining the salary rate <br /> <br />increases as set forth in Exhibit B, shall be operative <br /> <br />commencing February I, I991, and the formula for determining the <br /> <br />salary rate increases as set forth in Exhibit C, shall be <br /> <br />operative commencing February 1, 1992. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />3 <br /> <br />11255 <br />
