<br />EXHIBIT "A-I" <br /> <br />The scope of services described in Exhibit A of the Basic <br /> <br /> <br />Agreement are hereby expanded to include the following services <br /> <br /> <br />to be provided by Consultant: <br /> <br />1. The study to be provided by Consultant shall <br /> <br /> <br />incorporate changes in the rate study necessitated by drought <br /> <br />restrictions imposed by the City and County of San Francisco. <br /> <br />2. Consultant shall take into account changes in <br /> <br /> <br />consumption patterns and related effects of differing conditions <br /> <br /> <br />between drought and non-drought circumstances. <br /> <br />3. Consultant shall provide additional studies and prepare <br /> <br /> <br />Exhibits, attend meetings, and otherwise respond to protests and <br /> <br /> <br />related activities made by water system users located in the <br /> <br />Emerald Lake Hills area of the City's water system. <br /> <br /> <br />4. Consul tant' s study shall reflect changes made in the <br /> <br /> <br />City's assumptions relating to sanitary sewerage pump stations. <br /> <br />5. Consultant's study shall reflect changes in the <br /> <br /> <br />proposed rate structures necessitated by delays in implementation <br /> <br /> <br />of proposed rates necessitated by the prolonged public hearing <br /> <br /> <br />process. <br /> <br />6. Consultant shall perform such other duties relating to <br /> <br /> <br />the preparation of said study as City may from time to time <br /> <br />assign to Consultant. <br /> <br />')251 <br />
