By motion, authorize the Executive Director to execute purchase and sale <br />agreement between Richard Gardella and Agency to purchase Bradford Street <br />Assessor's Parcel Number 052-372-170 for $1.2 million plus Agency's share <br />of the closing costs; <br />2. Legislation (information only) - This sub-section involves possible discussion of <br />City Position on Proposed Legislation described in the League of California Cities <br />Priority Focus Bulletin Nos. 39-2006, 40-2006, 41-2006, 42-2006, and 43-2006. <br />Council may direct staff to act on positions taken by Council. City Council Member Report of Conference/Meeting Attendance <br /> <br />Council Member Bain stated that he attended the Council of Cities meeting in <br />Hillsborough and that former Congressman Tom Campbell was the speaker.
