<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE <br /> <br />CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1 . That the revised Engineering Standards for the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City dated, December 4, 2006, and on the file with the City's Office of <br /> <br />Engineering and Construction, are hereby approved and adopted as the <br /> <br />minimum standard specifications for the construction of public improvements in <br /> <br />the City of Redwood City; provided, however, that nothing herein contained shall <br /> <br />be deemed to limit the authority of this Council, or any commission, board or <br /> <br />officer of the City to require higher or different standards as may otherwise be <br /> <br />duly authorized or required. <br /> <br />2. That the Director of Community Development Services or his/her <br /> <br />designee and any and all other duly authorized officers of the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City are hereby authorized and directed to implement the revised standards <br /> <br />hereby approved. <br /> <br />3.
