<br />WHEREAS, it is recommended that the additional $227,758 in funding needed to <br /> <br />complete the project be transferred from the fiscal year 2006/2007 Redeveloprnent <br /> <br />Agency Capital Budget "Contingency" account, which has a balance of $555,688, into <br /> <br />the Public Open Spaces Fund (803-71453). <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE AGENCY BOARD OF THE <br />REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. The Finance Director shall transfer the additional $227,758 in funding <br /> <br />needed to complete the project from the fiscal year 2006/2007 Redevelopment Agency <br /> <br />Capitol Budget "Contingency" account into the Public Open Spaces account (803- <br /> <br />71453). <br /> <br />2.
