<br />CWM:djm ~3/06/90 (RD-005/27) <br /> <br />Bay Area Air Quality Management District, one set from the <br /> <br />California Department of Transportation, one set from the Redwood <br /> <br />City Traffic Advisory Committee and one set from the California <br /> <br />Department of Conservation, Division of Mines and Geology; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, by its Resolution No. <br /> <br />90-01, has presented to the Agency and to the City Council the <br /> <br />Final EIR for The Sequoia Station Project, consisting of said <br /> <br />Draft ErR, the comments thereon, the Agency's responses thereto, <br /> <br />and the list of organizations and public agencies that submitted <br /> <br />comments on the Draft EIR, with its certification that said Final <br /> <br />ErR has been completed in compliance with CEQA; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the members of the Agency and the City Council have <br /> <br />reviewed and considered the information contained in the Final <br /> <br />EIR in preparation for their making a decision regarding The <br /> <br />Sequoia Station Project; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> <br />CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AND THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF <br /> <br />REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. The Agency, in its capacity as the lead agency with <br /> <br />respect to The Sequoia Station Project, hereby certifies that the <br /> <br />Final EIR has been completed in compliance with CEQA, and that <br /> <br />the Final EIR was presented to it's members and that it's members <br /> <br />reviewed and considered the information contained in the Final <br /> <br />EIR before approving said Sequoia Station Project. <br /> <br />2.
