<br />CES:r'lim 02/27/90 (022/27) <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />MAR 1 9 1990 <br />11247 <br /> <br />- -.I' _ <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT FOR IMPROVEMENTS FOR <br />PROMONTORY POINT AT SHOREBIRD ISLAND SUBDIVISION <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain Agreement entitled "Amendment to Agreement <br /> <br />Improvements <br /> <br />For <br /> <br />Promontory <br /> <br />Point <br /> <br />At <br /> <br />Shorebird <br /> <br />Island <br /> <br />Subdivision", (form dated 02/27/90) by and between the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of California, <br /> <br />and Mega Construction and Development, San Mateo, California, <br /> <br />providing for an extension of the <br /> <br />completion date <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />improvements, a copy of which agreement is attached hereto, <br /> <br />marked Exhibit "A", and by this reference incorporated herein, is <br /> <br />hereby approved, and the City Manger and City Clerk are hereby <br /> <br />authorized and directed to execute, and to attest thereto, said <br /> <br />agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
