It is hereby found and determined that the public <br /> <br />interest and convenience requires amending the boundaries of <br /> <br />Underground Utility District No. 1986-1 to those boundaries as <br /> <br />set forth in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated <br /> <br />herein, <br /> <br />entitled "Amended Boundary Description, Underground <br /> <br />Utility District No. 1986-1 (Chestnut Street)", and as are shown <br /> <br />on that certain map marked Exhibit "B", attached hereto and <br /> <br />incorporated herein, entitled "Boundary Map, Underground Utility <br /> <br />District No. 1986-1", <br /> <br />3. Monday, April 9, 1990, 7:30 p.m., at the Board of <br /> <br />Supervisors Chambers, hall of Justice and Records, 401 Marshall <br /> <br />Street, Redwood City, California, is stated to be the time and <br /> <br />place for hearing of objections or other public comment by <br /> <br />persons interested in the proposed amendments to the boundaries <br /> <br />of Underground Utility District No. 1986-1. At said hearing the <br /> <br />Council may make further changes in the District boundaries or <br /> <br />the facilities to be placed underground, as provided by Article <br /> <br />II of Chapter 11 of the Redwood City Code. <br /> <br />4.
