<br />Exhibit "A" <br /> <br />DESCRIPTION <br />Portion of Hillcrest Way to be Abandoned <br /> <br />A Portion of HILLCREST WAY as dedicated to public use on that <br />certain map entitled "TRACT NO. 617, SUNSET HEIGHTS, SAN MATEO <br />COUNTY, CALIFORNIA" recorded July 26, 1949 in Volume 30 of Maps <br />at Page 35, Records of San Mateo County, said portion being more <br />particularly described as follows: <br /> <br />BEGINNING at the southeasterly corner of lot 18 as said lot is <br />shown on that certain map entitled "PARKWOOD ESTATES, REDWOOD <br />CITY, SAN MATEO COUNTY, CALIFORNIA" recorded August 13, 1987 in <br />Volume 116 of Maps at Pages 74 & 75, Records of San Mateo County <br />said point also being the southwesterly corner of aforesaid <br />HILLCREST WAY, thence along the easterly line of Lot 18 and <br />westerly line of HILLCREST WAY North 2027'00" West 50.00 feet and <br />northerly along the arc of a 10 foot radius curve to the left, <br />tangent to a line bearing North 87033'00" East, through a central <br />angle of 90000'00", a distance of 15.71 feet; thence leaving said <br />line of Lot 18 and running southerly along the easterly line of <br />said portion of HILLCREST WAY dedicated on TRACT NO. 617, <br />South 2027'00" East 70.00 feet; thence northwesterly along the <br />arc of a 10 foot radius tangent curve to the left, through a <br />central angle of 90000'00" a distance of 15.71 feet to the Point <br />of Beginning. <br /> <br />CONTAINING 543 sq. ft. of land, more or less. <br /> <br />1123~ <br />%~? <br />
